1. Who we are

6wix.com (“6wix”, “we”, “us”) is a business directory operated from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We publish web pages describing service companies that trade in the UAE. By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What 6wix is and is not

6wix is a publisher of business information. We are not an agent, broker, contractor or employer of any listed company. We do not perform, supervise, price, warrant or insure any work carried out by a listed company.

Any contract for services is formed directly between you and the company you contact. We are not a party to it, we do not receive a commission on it, and we cannot enforce or arbitrate it.

3. Listings and verification

We ask each company for a valid UAE trade licence before publishing. Where a page shows a “licence checked” badge, it means we have reviewed a trade licence that was current at the time of checking and matched the trading name, expiry date and licensed activities.

The badge is not a rating of quality, a guarantee of workmanship, an inspection of premises, a credit check, or an endorsement. Licences may expire or be revoked after we check them. You remain responsible for your own due diligence before engaging any company.

4. Accuracy of information

Listing content is supplied by the companies themselves. We take reasonable care when publishing it but we do not independently verify every service, price, opening hour or claim. Information may become out of date.

If you find an error, report it through the relevant page or to corrections@6wix.com. We will review and, where appropriate, correct or unpublish the page.

5. Obligations of listed companies

If you submit a company for listing, you confirm that:

• you are authorised to act for that company;
• the trade licence supplied is genuine, current and relates to that company;
• the services listed are within your licensed activities;
• the contact details published belong to the company and are monitored;
• any content you supply does not infringe a third party’s rights.

You must tell us promptly when details change, when the licence lapses, or when the company ceases trading. We may suspend or remove a listing at our discretion, including where information appears inaccurate, where a licence cannot be confirmed, or where we receive credible reports of misconduct.

6. Fees

Standard listings are provided free of charge. Where an optional paid service is offered, its price and scope will be stated in writing before you commit to it. We do not charge for enquiries received and we do not take a share of work won.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to harvest contact details in bulk, republish our content commercially, submit false or misleading listings, impersonate another business, introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service. Automated scraping of listing data is not permitted.

8. Intellectual property

The 6wix name, logo, page design, written descriptions and site code belong to 6wix or its licensors. Company names, logos and trade marks appearing in listings belong to their respective owners and are used to identify those businesses.

By submitting content for a listing you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, format, translate and display it on 6wix.com and in related search or social previews, for as long as the listing remains published.

9. Third-party links and embeds

Pages may link to external sites or embed third-party content such as Google Maps. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Your use of an embedded service is subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from work performed or not performed by a listed company, from a company’s conduct, from reliance on listing information, or from interruption of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Indemnity

If you submit a listing, you agree to indemnify us against claims arising from that content being inaccurate, unlawful or infringing a third party’s rights.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
